Yet another wet garage floor

The center of my garage floor is puddling and I have had the fan on it all day. We've had a lot of rain in Upstate NY (like many have) but I have never seen this happen. The edges of the floor are dry. Is water actually coming up from the ground? The floor is a concrete slab. There are some cracks in it but not major.
Any ideas or just wait for the weather to change?

IMHO I would wait until it dries out. Are you getting rain water pool outside your garage and migrating between the concrete and vapour barrier?
