Anyone have any idea what this might be? I have no background. Asking for a friend (yes, seriously). It was in the collection of stuff one of his relatives left behind.

No real reason, just curious if anyone knows. I was thinking maybe some tool for installation / rigging of modular furniture, but I'm not even sure why I think that.

It's a leverage adapter for wrenches.

Does it happen to say "Kent Moore" on it? It looks like one of the KM tools to adjust the trunk lid torsion rods in GM cars.

Thanks for the replies. I'm thinking wire bender is probably the closest. I couldn't find any Kent Moore tools that had the same characteristics, but that was an interesting research project.
