Just wonted to show off my Yost 33c vise. It was given to me in disrepair, the spindle collar set screw had come lose and the vise was locked, after some time I got it apart, I cleaned up the acme threads, turned down/out the pipe wrench marks on the spindle boss, made a new collar and spindle boss rod, the paint is some military green but I like it......I know im not suppose to paint the ram part of the moving section but this will be under the shed on a big pipe so I wonted some anti rust protection, 0$ invested, about 2 1/2 hours labor.....

Super nice vise and great work with it! I was in desperate need a few months ago and another member here sold me one of those for a great price. Love mine!

They're definitely nice vises. I just sold my 32C about two weeks ago, and the guy was thrilled to have a high-quality vise.
