yost vice did I do good?

Hey, just bought a 4 1/2 Yost vice off of ebay for $50 shipped. Was this a good deal or did i just hose myself how much did this cost new? anyone know?

Are you going to use it? Then yes, you bought a better vise than what you could at home depot for the money. If you are trying to make money then I don’t think so, I see that sort of stuff all the time on CL from $35 on up.

yeah I'm going to use it, I paid 35 plus 15 shipping for it. I had heard yost was a good brand.

Yost is a good vise. I have a Yost vise that I paid way too high a price for. It used to be my fathers.

Looks like a pretty good deal. A new one from yostvises.com would probably be about $100.
