Don't know about that model, but Yost vises are solid and USA made - but given recent Wilton experience you should check that! They have a nice website- look it up and see where that one fits in their lineup. Light-Med-Heavy duty, weight, dimensions.
I have a brute of a Yost No. 1 currently undergoing refurbishing, but it ain't gonna go for any $99!

Should be a good light duty vise except the swivel doesn't positively lock. Only weighs 17 lbs. http://www.yostvises.com/utility-vi...-utility-combination-pipe-and-bench-vise.html

$99 shipped seems okay with MSRP being $116. It's probably Chinese. Maybe Taiwanese. Not US made.
