Some of those horse-riding arenas would make fantastic structures if enclosed!

As I drive around different areas and notice old abandoned gas stations or warehouses, I think boy that would make me a nice shop.

Just the stables/riding arena pole building has to be over 25,000 square feet, then there are multiple other outbuildings on the property. Take out the horse stalls, and you'd have several thousand square feet of concrete floor already there. Surprised it hasn't sold, but it is in the flood plain, and if you look at the riverbed in the photos, you know it moves around/changes course over time.
