tanks are a hell of a lot thicker looking than that. I am around the all day tuesday and they look nothing like that. did the guy mean 19.00......
the side plates are 3/4inch thick or more.

If you read closely, the metal is made out of tanks, not tanks made out of the same metal. Maybe he had a few extra tanks laying around to make this toolbox out of.
