Your input on my collection in progress- vise recommendation

Hi! I'm new to garage forum, so much of my tool selection has been formed only on what I have thought I knew, not based on the experience you guys have.

I'm slowly building a small collection of tools and thought some of you could weigh in on some general, everyone-needs-it, kind of tools that I don't currently have. I've tried to build a quality collection, but realize that I cheaped out on a few of the items. Feel free to indicate what you would add, get rid of, etc... Thanks!

On the horizon is a decision on a vise. After reading this forum, I've decided that it needs to be a Wilton. I'm stuck between going with a refurbished Wilton C-1 or a New Old Stock Wilton 400s. It looks like either would cost about $450. Which would you go for? If it matters, I plan to mount it on a Snap-On (SO) 78 Classic.

Existing tools that I already have (off the top of my head) are:
SO Classic 78 box with SS top
SO 10 pc. metric and standard wrench sets
SO 1/4" dr. deep and shallow socket set in both metric and inches
SO 3/8" dr. deep and shallow socket set in both metric and inches
SO flex and standard ratchets for the above mentioned sets
SO 1/2" dr. long ratchet (only have a few sears 1/2" Sockets to go with it)
SO TechAngle torque wrenches 3/8" and 1/2"
SO soft instinct and hard standard screwdriver sets
SO ratcheting standard length screwdriver with built in bit holder
SO ratcheting stubby screwdriver kit with assortment of bits
SO Grab-it mini screwdriver kit

SO impact screwdriver (the kind you hit with a hammer to remove screws)

Cordless impact wrench - maybe snap-on 3/8?

On the fence about trading:
Hitachi impact and drill. Maybe go with Makita or Hilti?

Feel free to let me know about that other tool that I need be don't know about as well as some input on the vise.

I just piddle mainly. I don't do any machining or welding. I need to be able to maintain a vehicle with the exception of warranty work from dealer.

Other than that, it's just odd jobs around the house, our office inside and out (not a home-office), favors for family, and etc...

Budget is undecided, but it helps if the tool can reasonably be used in the course of maintaining company vehicles, upkeep and maintenance of an office, etc... Tools used strictly in a non-business capacity are okay too, but end up costing me a little more out of my pocket.

I'm not looking to spend tens of thousands of dollars in the immediate future and really have no beneficial reason to. It would just be nice to have a plan for a few more items so that I end up with the most needed/ handiest tools that a person in my situation might use.

I would not put a vise on a toolbox. It needs a solid mount on a heavy bench so you can beat on stuff. Toolbox top space is too valuable for more routine tasks to tie up a spot for a rarely used vise, and metal boxes don't like things bolted to them and pulling up.

My preference would be for a small Wilton, and a larger beat on it vise with the anvil section. If you are doing some wood work you will be looking at a lot of smaller clamps and vise like things.

IR is ahead of Snapon right now in cordless.

Jigsaws never did much for me, I like a Sawzall reciprocating saw.

Thanks for the suggestion on the vise mount. I have for a heavy wood bench that I built a while back. I'll look at mounting the vise on that. Any suggestion on which model of vise out of the two mentioned?
