-Looks very capable of multiple tasks, how complete/capable is a question. Price seems rather ambitious if it can't be tested. Certainly not a substitute for a real surface grinder, not what it was designed to do. Interesting piece, nothing on the lathes.uk website.

Your post made me go check the centers I plucked out of that vandal riddled barn in Tacoma Jabber. I'd forgotten the brand and was afraid I'd pulled the holy grail feature off it, but clearly not. The one I liberated this from was a few machines deep in and would have been tough to get out without a forklift and a lot more time.
