Your take on this?

I know you Plomb folks are watching this. So, what is your take on it? Authentic or not? I know it isn't a WF-81 as a "real" WF-81 is a 9/16 - 1/2 DBE. If hand made, some one has gone to a LOT of trouble to do it correctly judging from the pictures. Am I bidding on it? Remains to be seen, but I will say it did spike my interest. Have any of you seen anything like this before?
