Your Thoughts about a 3/8" Breaker Bar

I've got an old Snap-on one, but it looks new 'cause I rarely use it.
That said, it does get ocasional use, for tight access or on the back side of nut/bolt combinations.

I've got a snap on to and looks brand new, got curious from this thread so looked and still have it, right next to my unused speed wrench.
There is no doubt about it that they have their places. I have a couple 3/8 drive breaker bars floating around. But honestly I have never needed to use one, and I work on a wide variety of things professionally. Used to use the 1/2" drive breaker bar, but after getting a Snap-on 25" flex head dual 80 ratchet the need went away for a 24" breaker bar. Only breaker I use regularly anymore is the 36" 3/4 drive SK one I have.

Not so much for breaking, but my 3/8” breaker bar works well connected to my distributor wrench. Using a ratchet there is annoying.

I use them a lot. They get into tight places a 1/2" drive won't and provide better leverage than a long-handled ratchet. I don't know why you wouldn't have one. Especially with how cheap the HF one is at (I think) 17" long. I have the SK one.
I should mention we work on cars that are generally from the 1930s to mid-'70s so a lot of those fasteners haven't been turned since they left the factory or decades ago. Lots of PB Blaster on tear down.

I like the handle style of the Tekton. (I don't care much for knurled handles unless I'm wearing gloves). I really don't like the square handles on some breaker bars or ratchets.
The head idea looks good too, doesn't appear to be much wider than the yoke on the conventional style (I've broke a couple there).
