I had my thoughts written down into a post, but erased them. No sense in taking a chance on somebody interpreting my thoughts the wrong way.

I bought one of the really long PowerTorque ratchets for shits and giggles cause I had a coupon for 10 dollars off I think. I don't have any excellent nor poor things to say. Chrome looks ok, but the ratcheting mechanism feels a little odd, like it doesn't feel like its 120T or something, more gritty and less refined than most other high tooth count ratchets I've used.

For budget tools, O'Reilly's house brand "PowerTorque" is fine. I don't own a PowerTorque ratchet, but I have a PowerTorque 1/2" breaker bar (which I've used a lot) and a few of their metric sockets. No problems.

Before you buy, you might also consider the Titan ratchets that are now sold by Autozone. I picked up a 3/8" Titan Flex Long 18" ratchet (72 Tooth) from Amazon for $35, excellent budget ratchet. You might also look at NAPA's Carlyle ratchets--they're quite popular on this board.

Thanks. Autozone doesn't stock a flex head Titan. I saw your Titan ratchet on Amazon. I'm looking for a standard size with locking flex head, but didn't see it on Amazon.

Has anyone warrantied Titan or PowerTorque? If so, what's the process?

I'll try to channel Wam here, because we may be in agreement. Two weeks ago on eBay, I picked up a *new* Snap-on 3/8" FF80A (80 tooth) Flex head for $99. That's a bit more than what the OP is looking at, but that's a top of the line ratchet that will last a long, long time.

And you get bragging rights for owning a Snap-on, lol. Seriously, splurge once and buy a high quality ratchet--particularly for something you'd use frequently in small clearances. You can buy budget tools for other things: breaker bars, sockets, etc.

Guys that are asking about $15 Taiwanese "brand du jour" tools are 99.9% not going to listen to this argument.

You're worried about warranty on a $25 ratchet?

I thought you were going to buy a HF Composite, or a Tekton?

What's your usage - DIY or ?

It looks decent enough for a cheap ratchet, especially if it's a locking flex head. As for warranty, I don't know as I haven't warrantied any tools at O'reilly's before.
