I did a quick search but did not get any results.

Has anyone had a experience using ZEP Sealer and Wax on a shop floor?
Did you like it ?
How often did you reapply ?

Water on the floor(slickness) is not any issue hear as it rarely rains. The wettest it gets is when pulling a radiator hose or when I drop a cold drink ! :)

Thanks,
BPR

I've used both the sealer and the 'high traffic polish' (it's not wax) on the VCT tile floor in my shop loft, and it's held up well to light foot traffic for about a year so far with no signs of wear beyond a few light scuff marks. Still very shiny.

Just used the sealer on a brand new ceramic tile floor in the garage, but I don't plan to apply the polish. The sealer adds enough shine on its own for this floor and I don't want to have to maintain a polished floor against vehicle parking.

I put on a coat of Sealer followed by a coat of "high traffic polish" . It looks pretty good and was not as slick as I thought it would be. Definitely shines more than raw concrete.

I Cleaned the floor with a mop and Simple green before I started. I can see all old stains that did not come up. I don't think this will be a huge problem. I was just looking for a way to seal the floor without grinding and epoxying the floor.
