Zilla 1/2" whip hose have a swivel?

Wanting to get a zilla whip hose that has 3/8" NPT threads do I have to use the 1/2" whip. In the description it says it has a "swivel" but in the photo it clearly doesn't? Can anyone confirm if it has a swivel or not?
