I’m debating getting zipwall zippole product. My walls are 10’ 1”. Do I need to get the 12’ product or will the 10’ product reach the ceiling and be solidly connected?

Thx

Problem with spacers / curbs are they will create gaps throughout and allow dust to pass. I could use a continuous curb as rlitman suggested but I’d always have to have 2x material cut to my work spaces dimensions.

I have a set of 4 of the ten foot poles. I just opened them up all the way and I'm measuring 113 inches, your good

Auuuuuuummmmm 113" is not 10ft. I know if I shorted the wife seven inches she'd completely feel left out....

Just saying.

just tried to stretch them out more than 114 that's all they have in them. mine are about 18 years old- maybe someone here has a newer generation and they can be of more help.

Overall do you find them useful? Easy to setup? Contains the dust well?

I don't have them, but from zipwall's website FAQ:

"The working height range of the 10’ pole is 4’ 2” to 10’ 3”. For the 12’ pole it’s 4’7” to 12’. For the 20’ pole it’s 5’2” to 20’."

We have used them for ICRA containments at hospitals. Work good if there is no load on them, as they are a spring tension thing and will collapse in a windy environment when poly is attached. In a pinch, a shim/block under the bottom works just fine.
