Yeah, Don't forget about the 2% cash back from Ebates.

I'm not a big shopper. I hadn't heard of Ebates. Is there any downside to this? Are there other sites that offer similar services? Should we have a "Hot Deals" thread bringing these to light for all interested members?

I use Ebates a lot, and the only downside is that they send you a bunch of emails. I think you can stop them if you want to though. You build up your cash back amounts little by little and then they cut you a check every few months or so. It might not be much but it is essentially free money since you were going to spend the money on the qualifying purchases anyway.

FYI, if you have a Discover card, they often have higher percentages.

ME TOO !!! I gotta reload for next years 30 % off.

There isn't 30% only once a year. The last one was in November IIRC.

BTW folks... I have been looking at a lot of stuff on Zoro recently, and their prices on a lot of stuff are quite competitive. I'm definitely ordering more and more parts/tools/etc. from them. The website is an issue from time to time but once you understand how to find stuff, it gets better.

Well guys after looking yesterday I have been needing some stuff for my tig welder. I need a water cooler and water cooler torch setup. Even though I could get the cooler for about $50 cheaper on ebay, the cooler was about $100 more for me here locally. After the discount I saved roughly $100 on just the cooler and about $40 on the torch setup. That being said I also set myself up with ebates and am getting enough cash back to take myself out for lunch. I good lunch not some McDonalds or Burger King lunch either. I might even have enough left over to buy a 6 pack!!!

SO THANK YOU GUYS
