Zoro stopped doing good sales on holidays years ago. If you want something just use one of their random 25% they do.

On a serious note, the 25% off november2019 does work. I want pull the trigger on a Ridgid/Peddinghaus 275 lb anvil, but am waiting for the possibility of the magical 30% off tomorrow.
