My 211 arrived today, I guess the usually UPS guy is on vacation, because someone just left it sitting in front of the door at my shop. I am glad it is not raining or anything. I need to apply for the rebate, then decide if I am going to sell it or sell my older one (yes I have one all ready). I may end up buying the new version if it is a lot lighter, but that will have to wait until they are released. Now I just have to apply for the rebate.

Wow I need to place more Zoro orders!!!



My mother in law ordered a whole home Generac during the 25% off sale, came to be about $150+ a couple hundred in taxes less than Lowes.

The first one arrived in two days but the base was damaged (despite being palletized).

She told me Zoro made the RMA process easy and the shipper came out the next morning to pick it up and they have a new one on the way.

Got shipping/tracking information from Zoro today. My 211 will be at my door on Monday...! Looks like I'll be able to submit my rebate in time.

I like Zoro. When I places my order, they sent notice that the 211 was back ordered 7-10 days. The next day they sent an updated email saying that it would be ready on 8/7 (which was 7 days from my order date). On 8/7 they sent my shipping/billing confirmation, and the product will be at my door in two business days. Good stuff. :thumbup:

Me too... Finally got a 30% off code in an email & i'm drawing a blank as to what I need.
I have a mile long list stored somewhere in my head..... but when ya need that list, it's no-where to be found. ;)
Maybe Sunex sockets, but I haven't found them on the Zoro site yet. Magnetic welding ground clamp too. (we all know how fun it is to try to find stuff on there):lol:

Are the newer codes single user? The older ones were usually one-time use per person, but they don't seem to be mailing those out every two weeks like they used to.

I do know that I'm getting far more offers to my work email than my personal one, even though (or perhaps because) I've spent thousands more via personal account. The codes work from home, but I'm never tried to use them a second time from my work account.

If you're in the market for a Pelican gun case and don't mind the pick and pluck foam, the final price with the 30 off is very hard to beat.

FYI to all, I ordered two of the all weather HD Plano (often debated if they are as good as Pelican), and Zoro messed up the drop ship order to Plano. customer service did finally work it out, after two attempts.

Not trying to trash Zoro, just saying you may want to follow up if you don't get a delivery.

Also, I'll give the Plano all weather cases a very good to excellent rating.

Keep in mind the Build with Blue rebate is good through the end of the year, so there will at some point be another 30% flash sale, and Zoro will likely have the inverter 211.

The transformer 211 is a FINE welder though.

I'm pondering getting the Spoolmatic 30A. I am thinking of welding up some aluminum trailer guides for my aluminum boat trailer.

I'll have to ask my dad how much he paid for his. He got his at Home Depot years ago.
Amazon had this averaging at about $600 when they had it, and as low as $449 according to 3camels. HD lists for $649 currently on the website. Tempted..tempted...

I bought this saw, I was not impressed at all, I ended up returning due to shipping damage(actually the last two items I bought had shipping damage)

I doubt they'll extend the rebate to their their newly released welder.

The part # for the inverter 211 (907614) is already listed as being part of the rebate. It's definitely eligible. Miller doesn't only run the build rebates when they have a machine to get rid of, and note only one machine is presently EOL.
