I had a 20% offer so I ordered $150 worth of ko-ken stuff. My PayPal was screwing up and I forgot to add the code! I sent an email to zoro telling them what I did. Well I just got an email from rose in customer service and they are going to refund my account the 20%! How about that for customer service. I have always had my orders sent promptly and well packaged in the past. There prices I've found are competitive too.
