Fwiw Zoro used to send me 20% off codes whenever I put something in my cart but stopped about a year ago. Recently I was putting together an order over a couple days. At first they just sent a 10% off code but then as soon as my cart got over $100 they sent a 20% off code. I used to get 20%-25% off for $200-300 purchases about every 2 months.

I've had almost $1000 sitting in my cart for 2 weeks and all I get are 10-15% off coupons.
The last 20% coupon they sent was about 6 weeks ago.

Maybe having the items in the cart is making the coupons be less good for you. They have algorithms that determine what to offer you. They obviously want to give you the smallest discount necessary to compel you to complete your purchase.

I didn't buy anything in a few months and they kept hammering me with 20% off coupons. I wound up using them for smallish purchases of around $300 and each time they'd immediately give me another one. I wound up using three 20% off coupons over the last few weeks. I never left anything in my cart.
