Yes. There are many excluded brands / items, for example the coupons will not work on any Milwaukee products. The full list is here:

That's entirely possible I'm late to the punch. I just tried the last couple pages of promo codes and I keep getting "invalid promo code".

Any chance you can try to see if this works on your end?
