Probably because this thread is visible to non-forum-members... people don't have to log in to get codes posted, and cannot post when they've used the code. One would hope that forum members would post if they used a code.
it might be best to "change the rules" and just have people PM the 1-time use codes? Reach out to @JoeGarageHand. He was kind enough to PM me one but I did not use it because I also got one by email that ended up using.

This just came in. The American council ones were a bit disappointing finish wise...faces are turned on lathe/cnc and center dimple left on one of the two. Large metal wedge on top and whole head left unfinished/raw. Handle color not stained as pictured. One handle's beginning to split on one. Still, 11$/per after promo for American steel forging is pretty good.I bought a few things, the 14$ hammer is a made in USA that's a fair deal IMO, the other two are Taiwan. Grommet feet are for Craftsman block grinder if you are wondering.

The westwards made in Taiwan on the other hand...All faces ground as close to perfect as you can get for production, nicely shaped handles, head finished after staking. Very nice for the price. I'll keep them in mind for future tools.

What’s up with Zoro lately? I keep getting coupons in my email but everything on their site has become not promotional eligible. I used to buy a lot of my machinist tools and Proto stuff there and now no coupons seem to work. Plus the price swings have gotten ridiculous. I put something in my cart last night and today it’s $30 more. And I bet in a few days it will rise/drop. What the hell is going on there?
About 2 weeks ago I bought a pair of Proto chisels with a coupon code.

I hope not. To me, a sale is a sale, why would they want to limit the discounts to some people and not others?
Of course there's no accounting for some corporate decisions.

Random info, sometimes when I am browsing Zoro in incognito mode, a pop up message will come up that says 15% off on the screen but the actual code font is invisible and likely white font on a white background, so the Zoro website never really gives you a code that's visible/usable when searching their website.
Sorry, not a conspiracy (in my case, at least. Not sure about the guy mentioned by @L.Cheapo )

Seems to have nicer fittings that the Harbor Freight equivalents. Well that and it matches the wheels on the car that will be using that lift the most, and filling the tank with ~3 gallons at a time.
