Mostly 10'sAnybody still getting 20% coupons on their email?
I’m getting 20% coupons physically mailed to me.Anybody still getting 20% coupons on their email?

The primary reason I use them is selection, not worried about counterfeits, good customer service. No idea how they handle returns.Their sales must be taking a hit. For most items I look at, Zoro list price / MSRP is above what you'd pay at almost any other vendor. The 20% discount was usually needed to make the item cheaper.
10-15% discount may only get the price on par with other vendors, making it questionable if it's worth the hassle with the coupons. All I can think of is that some large companies may buy from Zoro and not care if they're paying over market price?

AFAIK, Zoro is sort of the retail eCommerce storefront for Grainger. (??)Grainger owns Zoro.

My 20%'ers have dried up as well... I perhaps ordered from zoro 8-10 times in the past four months. I would pretty much get a new 20% off coupon emailed to me every time I used one, and a few more on postcards in physical mail. Stopped about a month ago, best I've seen since is 15%.
For those that haven't used their customer support, it is excellent. US based call centers, they answer the phone and usually fix problems or issues (or process returns) quickly.
But yeah, without the 20% discount, Amazon or other sources are typically cheaper and even faster delivery (though Zoro is typically very fast, except for drop-shipped items which are dependent on the manufacturer).

Thanks. I have been waiting for a 20% off but haven't seen any since last month. This was perfect for a $130 order.
Glad we could help you out, but I think you'll find there's a lot more to Garage Journal than Zoro promo codes. Whatever your hobby, interest, or vocation, you'll find someone here on the forum who shares it. There's a wealth of information, with over 291,000 members now, contributing their knowledge. So, have a look around, enjoy the scenery; there's a big world out there beyond the Hot Deals forum.Thank you very much, my friend, for sharing this.

Be careful with codes that are not posted on Rakuten, your 10% cashback will void.On the Sept. 15, Rakuten had 10% cashback on top of 15% off, which depending on if business is paying for it, might favor your wallet more in the end
I doubt that it has anything to do with using a promo code.Has anyone ever had zoro give you the run around on shipping a product after using coupon? I know it’s drop shipped from mfg and I know mfg has inventory but zoro has been delaying shipment for a couple months.
Correct. For anything drop-shipped, Zoro is just the order-taker. The fulfillment is on the manufacturer, who apparently has dropped the ball. Not much Zoro can do besides cancel the order and refund your $$$... or, you wait it out.I doubt that it has anything to do with using a promo code.
I've only only seen delays on things that are drop shipped from them. Sometimes they'll have the same product with more than one provider. So I ordered a lot of stuff and it came from all over, and one particular provider was sending them out as they were becoming available. I've seen that specifically with zephyr bits and I think I saw this also with some things from wright tool.Has anyone ever had zoro give you the run around on shipping a product after using coupon? I had two 20% off coupons in July so I used one to purchase a refrigerator and the other to purchase a freezer. Maxed out discount on both.
They shipped refrigerator in two weeks no issue, but I feel like they are purposely delaying shipping my freezer. I notice price has increased by several hundred dollars since I purchased as well.
The 20% off was the reason I was buying Tekton stuff from there instead of Amazon. My 20%'ers have dried up as well... I perhaps ordered from zoro 8-10 times in the past four months.
