Yep - better to distribute those by PM, although I know it's more work. That way, we weed out lurking non-members and the people who are only here for promo codes and never participate in other areas of the forum.

Agreed, but what's the deal with the $3.40 savings from promo code? I'm sure that many GJ members, myself included, wouldn't have hesitated to send you a better code had you asked! No need to answer. My biggest gripe about giving away coupons is the people asking take hours to respond when I ask "did anyone give you a code yet?". And this is often minutes after the asking. I do not want to send one if that person already got one. I ask in chat and usually send a DM. If people would like to save up to $500 on almost everything act like it and hang around a few minutes for a response.

"expired" yesterday, but just confirmed its still good and ready to go. Most of these codes still work long after expiration. I dont plan on setting up another Zoro order for a couple weeks so I can let this one go.

Does anyone leave product reviews in response to those sweepstakes emails? I've started to a couple of times, but I'm not comfortable with the privacy policy and it operates through a third party, PowerReviews.
I discovered that incidentally a while back. I'd hate for Zoro to catch on and "fix" the glitch, though perhaps it's on purpose. They've received a lot more money from me as a result.

Sorta like that strategy so many cheesy companies have where they bombard you with emails and social posts about this amazing sale they have but it ENDS IN 3 DAYS!!! And then in 4 days they have they next amazing limited-time sale.

I've been waiting or watching.....I think the days of 15-20% no exclusions are pretty much gone.
I havent been sent one directly in like a year I think. A few months back I was able to get one from a member here. They are definitely getting more stingy with them.

I've been receiving a lot of codes (presumably) because I've been placing a lot of lately, but had no idea that cart contents had any influence on the codes. I'll try adding some more expensive items to my cart in the future to see whether that makes a difference.
I have have tons of stuff in the cart and saved for later. It doesnt help. I stopped getting 20% codes after using like 10-12 of them. For a while I was getting them constantly. Actually was thinking maybe I would empty out my cart and all my saved for later and see if that helps get codes again lmao.
