m12 line ...2498-24

amazon = 319.29
home depot = 299.00
Zoro = 340.75

I seriously wanted to give them a shot and purchase something but not with their inflated prices on EVERYTHING I look at. Again who are they catering to? As a general contractor I have found Zero products that are competitively priced unless its one of their sales even then its only pennies less than a normal buying outlet.

Well using the example you just gave us.... lol... with one of their sales that M12 set is $60 cheaper than any other competitor. (340*0.70=$238)

What I don't get is why you feel the need to come in on every zoro thread and repeat the same ****. They are like any other business- some of their prices are better than competitors (even without a sale, like knipex cobras/pliers wrenches), some of their prices are the same as competitors, some prices are steals with a sale, and some prices will never be good no matter what when compared to their competition.

You don't see us bitching all the time about other vendors and retailers, so stop it and grow up.

If you don't want to purchase from them, fine. But stop telling us every single time that you won't purchase from them because their prices are always the worst.

Zoro charges sales tax on shipments made to the following states: California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin.

guess were just blessed here in the buckeye state, even with the sales tax I bet they are still cheaper on the things I mentioned.

Thanks for proving my point. Their normal prices are not competitive. They will **** you if you're not buying things at their sale times.

When one of my tools wears out or needs to be replaced I look and research and order. When I need a tool for a job coming up I do the same thing. 95% of the time I do not have the luxury of waiting for a sale to order a tool.

Therefore Zoro will never garner my business. I have given up on Zoro and even trying to price tools out on their site.

Guys get a life and take it to a PM, I am going to ask the mods to clean this up. If you have a deal or coupon code form Zoro post it up, if you want to argue then get out.

the 48" flex hose that comes on the m18 grease gun, you can buy it seperate and it makes a nice addition to any grease gun. kind of a pain to store but very nice when trying to reach grease fittings on machinery.

Seems like it's targeted redeemers only. Says it's invalid or unrecognized for me too.

"Ask and it shall be given you.
Seek and ye shall find.
Unto him that knocketh, it shall be opened."

I called customer service, told them it wasn't working, and asked them to honor the promotion. They took 20% off my order. Free shipping.

Never take no for an answer. Be polite. If the clerk won't give you what you want, be polite again, and ask for a manager.

The millermatic 252 price was increased to $2711 from $2540. :dunno: The Miller website lists the welder at $2459. The 6% KY sales tax is factored on the original price and not the discounted price. So I passed on todays sale.
I guess I will just wait on the 30 % sale.
Do they sell patience at 30% off?:lol_hitti

Just depends on what you want. They tend to have the best prices on certain brands like mayhew. Im in the market for a nice set of scrapers and lady foot pry bars. I dont need them right at this moment so Im waiting for a good sell to ****** em up.

95% of what Zoro sells you won't find at Home Crapo or Lowes. Their primary competition is MSC and McMaster where prices are usually higher.

If you're buying generic stuff that's avail. locally then you need to shop around.
