I just got my $400 check from Miller from the Zoro St. Patrick's day sale. I ordered $400 of accessories to get it. I really wish I hadn't missed out on the spool gun rebate though.

When you say you bought $400 worth, was that $400 final value?

I guess I mean did you buy $520 worth of stuff and and it ended up at $400?

Yes I made sure it was $400 after the discount, so actually $571 before the 30% discount.

I never owned a welder before so it wasn't too hard to get there.

I just got an email about the spool gun offer. That plus $400 in accessories. May just be enough to convince me. The form from Miller's website just says an authorized Miller retailer. I wonder if you get 25% off on Zora's website and still get the free spool gun. I think there is a spot for price paid. Who knows?

You shouldn't have any issues getting the rebates to work after buying from Zoro with a discount code. Hopefully one comes up soon!

I got a different code.

Last time my code wouldn't work, the ******* the phone made me forward the email to her so she could check that I wasn't lying. So don't call if you didn't get a real one, haha.

I have a different code as well and don't plan on using it at this time as last time my code didn't work either...

I have several things in my cart and may buy them elsewhere or I may give them another shot at it if I haven't purchased it all somewhere else. However, a 30% off coupon would really help make up my mind!

Anyone have a code they can share? I need to buy a large pressure washer and can't wait for a 30 off deal. Thanks much.

Or maybe they found a cart full of stuff that was blocking the aisles for months and decided they wanted to sell the stuff to someone else who was willing to pay for it....

(Although every shopping site should allow you to save your cart as a wish list...but this is Zoro, the web site that logic forgot)

Were you logged on when you filled your cart and did you log on again to access it? I've never seen Zoro empty the shopping cart if you filled it when you were logged on.

I'm glad Zoro is giving us extra time to prepare for this flash sale. I guess they realize their website is ****!!

I log into it every few days to add something to my cart and it has always been there the next time I log in. I've checked it several times today even from another computer and it says "0" items in cart... Weird? :headscrat

Mine is gone too, although I keep anything I really want in a bookmark/favorites folder.

Zoro often updates the site I think they may have to dump some things from time to time.

I just copy the item number into a Google document so I have it for future reference.

BTW: Great deals on Starrett/Mitutoyo instruments with the coupons. I got my 4-piece combination square for $100 less than Enco and $150 less than Amazon.

I keep a spread sheet of prices, description, and item numbers for things I plan to order on the next 30% sale. This makes it easy to look up during the flash sales and I don't have to worry about my cart being emptied.

OHHHH BOY. I'm excited for this flash sale! 1st welder purchase - Miller 211!

G-E-E-K !

Seriously I'm just jealous. The past 2 sales there's been "something" I was definitely going to order from Zoro during the next sale. Damned if I remember that something now.

I don't normally put something like that together, but with the way Zoro's website is set up, how short the flash sales last, and always forgetting to order that "one thing", I finally made a list. Now anytime I find something on their website, I write it down for later.

Are you shooting for the $400 rebate? I'm trying to figure out what accessories to pick up, a nice helmet might take up the bulk of that though.

http://www.zoro.com/miller-electric-welding-helmet-shade-8-to-13-silver-256-177/i/G4542063/

I bought this helmet during the first 40% off sale and it is great. With the HF autodark I had previously I would start to have eye pain after a serious welding session with this it is non-existent.

My favorite feature is that the welding lens flips up and it becomes a face shield, Makes for good transitioning between welding and slag removal with the grinder.

Hmmmm... it looks like they came down on price for the "A/C" attachments for my helmet, that may be on my next order.

The flash sale coupon that they communicated about today via email, and G3364094 is the number for the satin chrome, forged steel set. Check back a few pages for what I bought last time.

I was thinking this exact thing! Just to clarify, buying from Zoro qualifies you for the $200 cash rebate or the $400 Miller/Hobart parts rebate correct AAANNNDDD the free spool gun rebate?

So that's $1,267.03 * 0.7 = $886.92 + $400 of goodies + spool gun, or $686.92 + spool gun.........delivered

You can get another 2% in cash back just but going to zoro from fatwallet. I have a chrome plugin I just click when I'm at zoro. It's like ebates. Advanced Auto and sears commonly have 5-6% back, but there are hundreds of other vendors.

Check it out, the link below is my referral link, feel free to go directly to fatwallet.com otherwise. We'll both get $10 if you sign up with my link.
