If anyone has a coupon they won't use, I'd appreciate it as I have $500 in my cart. With inflation the way it is, I'm starting to really look hard for any savings these days. I'm building an extension on my garage and got a material quote last fall. It was very high so I decided to wait and see if lumber would come down a bit (don't like building in the winter anyway). I updated the quote recently and it was more than 25% higher. And the lumber yard said prices were going up even more right away. Over $61 per sheet for POS delaminating 3 ply 1/2" CDX plywood. Crazy.

Marrt, unfortunately I just used my zoro coupon, but I will commiserate with you on plywood. I just bought (2) 4x8 sheets of 1/2" CDX for $62 each, same as you, and they are curled up like potato chips. Layed the sheet down in the driveway in the sun and I put a 60 lb bag of mortar on it, better but no where near flat. Low quality and high prices. 😡

Any trick to make this work? Tried the last 4 codes within minutes of them being posted and none have worked.
Dunno, @purediesel. But I got another 20% code today from Zoro, expiring the end of April. I’ll send it directly to you via pm tomorrow morning — you can see if that one works for ya.

So in the last week I've received two pieces of mail from Zoro that each had a "20% off your purchase" code, but when I type them in they just say "Coupon code is invalid or unrecognized." Looking at spending around 8K so 20% or 25% would be really handy except that the codes they are mailing me aren't working. Does this happen to anyone else? I get the 15% e-mail one but 20 or 25 on that size order is worth $400/$800. The items in the cart are not in the list of excluded brands, either, but even if they were I would think it would say that the coupon does not apply to those items.

you'd probably be best to call customer service or place your order over the phone, they are really good people on the phone and can make the codes work

Well the disadvantage to that is that when you place the order online you can use additional cash-back sites like Rakuten or Swagbucks, for example Rakuten is 6% cash back right now and on an order that size that's worth another $400-ish, so having a code that works online is much more valuable.

I think I have a 20% that I wont use. Will PM you the code in a bit.
Thank you very much, it is greatly appreciated! The 20% I received expires 4/1/2022 so if anyone wants that and would place their order over the phone I'm happy to share the code, I just can't seem to get it to work online.

I had the same issue with a couple of 15% off email coupon codes last week. Didn't find a resolution, but I also didn't try contacting customer service.

This seems to happen more often than not lately. Clearly there's a problem with how the codes are generated and distributed.

To those that are having trouble getting the codes to work, try logging out of your account, and checkout as guest. Zoro is having all sorts of trouble with accounts and logins, and I’ve noticed that some of the codes won’t work if I’m logged in to my account - almost like the system only lets you use one code in your account, ever. I’ve gotten a few orders to go through using codes by placing the order on the website using guest checkout.

I've never done the (cash back) could you explain it little more, I'm all about saving money if it's something I can do

Sure! Just go to rakuten.com and they have an app you can put in your browser and when you activate it and complete a transaction you will then receive cash back, or get points to redeem for gift cards. My two go-tos are Rakuten (used to be eBates) and SwagBucks. Zoro for example is 6% on Rakuten and every 3 months I get a check in the mail (you can also do PayPal and other options) for the cash back I earned that quarter. I've been using eBates for 7 years, probably got over $1,500 back, different %s for different sites, sometimes they have "sales" where %s will go to like 20% or something for just one day.
