Yes, this happened to me late last year. I had BeFrugal investigate, and they concluded that I had used a coupon not connected with them. BeFrugal and I went back and forth with this until the Zoro rep finally admitted that none of their coupon offers are provided to any cashback (referral) sites. When you use a coupon along with a cashback site, Zoro considers the referral invalid and refuses to pay the cash back. Since then I have only placed one Zoro order, and that was only because nobody else had it in stock.
I've recently been denied cash back for two ZORO orders, one was with topcashback for 8%, the other was through befrugal for 4%. When i sent them a inquiry, both of them responded with a disclaimer stating they cannot guarantee cashback if a coupon is used that didn't originate from their website. It was only $32 cash back for the 2 orders combined, but it was always a nice bonus to receive a little cash back, in addition to a 15-20% off coupon. I order a lot of PROTO brand tools through ZORO, I've noticed several price increases on various PROTO tools this year. Times sure are changing quickly.

Dang that's a smoking deal too, gonna have to order it. I have up to 27MM in Snap On Metric impact sockets but my 19mm is missing, this will fill that gap and then some!!
Edit: Went ahead and ordered that impact set, my wife is gonna kill me if I don't stop buying socket sets.
