I will report back for sure. It probably won't be my go-to 1/2" rat, I like the classic SK and the S52 OG Williams. It does seem like a nice ratchet from what little bit I've messed with it, it's got a low tooth count though.

Should be 36 tooth, equivalent equivalent a Snap-on S936, same guts in a slightly different handle.

I did. Order had all three items. I had ordered as a guest since their site was down over the weekend and I couldn’t sign in. I was going to mount the 1” drive over my fireplace. They said stock was unavailable on all three items.

I placed an order as a guest on Sunday the 20th while they were having trouble with their site. I didn’t get a confirmation until the 11th. Then today the 12th around noon it was cancelled.

The only one reported to have gone through was placed on June 28 and shipped on July 6. I placed one on July 10 but expect it to be cancelled.

So far, everyone that has reported it cancelled was kn a guest account (IIRC). Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

I ordered the ratchet and impact sockets on Sunday with my account logged in. At the time the website wasn’t letting me log in on google chrome but did let me log in on safari. So far no cancellation but we’ll see what happens

I ordered with a guest account on the first order (07/08) and have not received a cancellation. Their web software was really glitchy and wouldn't let me log in. The other two orders that I made were when I was logged in. The last order never generated a confirmation email even though it shows as an order in my account.

I ordered signed in on the first set (chrome metric) on 7/7 and the next day got a delayed notice that it wouldn't ship until 7/28. I ordered the impact sockets when that got posted and haven't heard anything on those. I have order confirmations for both though.

I placed multiple orders on both my business and personal accounts. The toolboxes I ordered on the same ticket as the sockets shipped, no word or cancellation yet on the rest.

Before I ran into this thread, I saw the Williams USA 24 piece 1/2" deep impact socket set shown in one of the regular email adds Zoro sent me, and placed an order for it alongside a few other non-Williams USA items. At the time, figured the price seemed too good to be true, but maybe Williams was dropping the American-made 1/2" Metric impact line or something and they where blowing them out, so went ahead and successfully put an order in.
  • Placed the order on the night of July 10th with my Zoro account
  • All the other items I ordered (none of them Williams USA) shipped within the following two days
  • The Williams sockets still say "Pending Fulfillment", but hasn't been canceled yet either
  • TBH at this point I do expect it to get canceled though, but would be very, very pleasantly surprised if it wasn't
Also, looked up the typical prices of that Williams set normally the next day, and wow! I knew US-tools had gotten more expensive lately, but I hadn't really looked at Williams USA prices in a while, and that's an expensive set now. In the unlikely event those impacts arrive, I honestly might feel a little guilty given how little I paid.

I'm gonna guess that the William's stuff was a close-out type thing. It would be too unlikely for them to mess up the pricing on multiple William's items, but I could be wrong. The prices are still showing up at what we ordered them at, if they get canceled I'm thinking it is a lack of inventory.

My order of the impact sockets still shows the same status. The last time I ordered something from Zoro that was drop shipped I had the item the next day, but Zoro showed it as pending fulfillment for two months and didn't charge me because they thought it hadn't shipped. They finally marked it as shipped and charged me.
