I haven’t been able to place an order on line for over a week and some days couldn’t even log into my account, but I called in to place an order for the Williams successfully. They asked if I had tried using a private window in safari to log in which I tried after I got off the phone, and it worked great. I have no idea why.

Mine is still pending. I contacted Zoro and they are asking Williams for a shipping update which can take up to 7 business days.

For Item G7267869 and G6517318 it states 'Country of Origin (subject to change) United States'. So ... might we get China?

I think Zoro does that for the cases when a manufacturer changes the company of origin on an item without telling Zoro about the change.

I ordered the impact sockets and the socket set on the 12th. I was sent an order number right away, but have heard nothing since. I wonder at this point if they will just never be fulfilled? If their ordering system is wonky, they may not even see it on their end?

Stuff that's not in stock typically takes awhile to ship anyways. I placed an order last week for three items. I received two of the items three days later. The third item still hasn't shipped.

Was logged in, ordered socket/ratchet set and impacts on 7/10. Will update when I hear (Zoro said up to 7 days).

I'm of the opinion that I will just be happily surprised if/when these ones show up. If they never do, no biggie.

I apologize, i just noticed you needed a 20% off code without the $500 maximum savings limit, which the code i just posted has. It may be difficult to find one without the limit.

Most of the 15-20% codes I receive are the $500 max savings type and they come in the mail as postcard style promos. I received one recently that said on the outside "Hi *********, Gear up for summer projects and save. Exclusive offer inside." Instead of a postcard, it was a promotional envelope from Zoro and the 20% off coupon inside did have a $2,000 max savings limit. Mine had an expiration date of 7-31. I can't give you my code because I already used it a week or so ago, but if anyone else has one of the recently sent out envelope style promo cards from Zoro and they don't need it, the promo code in there should be a $2,000 limit one.

I ordered 2 sets of wright tool combination wrenches and a set of wt sockets a wt ratchet 4 months ago. I received the rachet a month after I placed the order then 3 weeks ago I get a shipment date change to Oct 10. The next day they canceled my order for one of the wrench sets?? I canceled the other wrench set and and I'm still waiting on the sockets.
I reordered the wrenches from Amazon and had them in 5 days.
I guess I won't be ordering Wright tools from Zoro from now on. Too bad.
