Just my luck that 15% and 20% codes get posted a day or two after I used a 10% off code to buy $1,400 worth of stuff from Zoro. I tried the trick of leaving it in my cart for a few days, but I just kept getting email reminders that I left something in my cart, but no discount code.

Same here. Still waiting for a set of Wright grip wrenches through 22mm on the same order though, so...
Well, heard something. Still crickets on the Williams orders, but I was notified my Wright set was out of stock with an unknown extended back in stock date(even though it was in stock with a 12 day lead time when I ordered it) and my order was being canceled. Me being me, I went to the website and checked stock to see. They were indeed listed as Out of stock, but with a new price of $240. My order was at 197.50 with a 20% coupon... Wonder why I was canceled after just a month on backorder?

At this point, if I don't get the Williams tools for the prices I ordered them at I think I'll be done with the masked tool bandit.

That's good to here they are replying to the order and not just delaying telling people there order is being cancelled 1-2 months later.
The last time I checked those items are still listed as being shipped in 3-5 days.
I just looked and my Williams Impact Socket set order is still pending fulfillment. Zoro updated the price from $24.18 to $404.94 and still has a status of Out of Stock. Wonder if when these impact socket sets are back in stock all orders submitted when the price was $24.18 will be cancelled.

Currently it seems every Williams listing on Zoro in at least the "Sockets & Ratchets" and the "Wrenches" categories are listed as "Out of Stock - Item has extended lead time."

The 456-HD is $51.87 at Zoro and ~$65 elsewhere.

After 20% off at Zoro it is about $41.50. I bought a couple at this price a few years back, and Zoro is still the cheapest source by far.

BTW, the HD version uses Viton seals and is made in Germany.

I got an "invalid or not recognized" - is it possible there's a typo? Or did someone else already use it? At any rate, I've got an order ready to go at Zoro; if anyone's got a code they can spare, it would be greatly appreciated, just PM me.

Here's a 20% off coupon that was active as of a few minutes ago (8//22 @6:30PM). I do not know the specifics of this code, it was automatically applied after adding a few items to my cart.
The always growing & seemingly endless long list of brand exclusions apply.

Thank you, but it only applies to 1 item in my cart. Maybe someone else can use it.

I hope someone used it, it was copy pasted from my email.

I just got a cancellation notice on all three of my Williams orders as well. Was worth a shot!

I just received a cancellation notice on my Williams order. Oh well, wasn't expecting it to go through anyway.
got the cancellation notice on those sockets too, and a notice on some VIM hex sockets also. So I called Zoro, mostly because I could see the VIM sockets were clearly still available on the website, and at a lower price to boot. Interestingly, the CS rep said they populate the website with data from various suppliers, implying they don't really scrub it, and certainly don't take inventory. And they could have multiple suppliers for the exact same thing, each with different pricing etc. And implying the supplier can backout whenever they don't want to fulfill the deal. interesting.

Same here, order cancelled with no consolation. Would have been cool but know it was a long shot. Will continue breaking things loose with my bargain 3/4 drive koken ratchet I found on eBay with the name spelled wrong on the listing.

I also received the cancellation notice, but I did not get a 20% consolatory discount code.
I didn't get at 20% consolation offer either. Funny how that even with 20% off, the Williams 24 piece impact socket set will now cost you $323.95, a far cry from the $24.18 website price when all these orders were placed. When I noticed last week Zoro updated the price to $404.94 and then read their cancellation policy if was very clear how this would play out.

Same. Tempted to call them, as after our last conversation I had them specifically put "Do not want it cancelled", but doubt I will get anywhere

Last time I talked to Zoro customer service I requested same thing and the associate said she put a note on the order to not cancel and I'm willing to wait for them to be back in stock (after reading Zoro's cancellation policy last week I knew a notation on my order was not going to matter. One of the several points of the policy said after 30 days of being back ordered they will cancel the order. Today is day 31 for my order and I received the cancellation notice). The lady also said she was going to send a request to some department who would look into how long the back order was going to last and they would notify me...which no one every notified me. Not a problem because I had called Williams prior and after some time on the phone with Williams customer service said the Impact socket set would not be back in stock from their supplier until the 2nd or 3rd week of September. Williams also verified the sockets are made in USA, thought somewhere in this thread I read a comment concerned if maybe the impact socket set was imported giving the $24 price tag

Mine was ordered back in early July, so well after 30 days at this point. Like I said, may not make amy difference, but if I get bored, will call and check.

Recently I noticed almost all of the Williams stuff was OOS.

I only got a 10% code as consolation for the cancellation. All I ever seem to get these days from Zoro is 10% off codes, not 15% or 20% like I used to get.

I got the cancellation email as well. I was also not fortunate enough to get a consolation discount offer. I might email zoro and see if I can keep the order and offer to wait. I am very pleased with the pricing and service received from some Proto chrome socket sets I got several months ago so I’m willing to give them a chance, but this was a pretty big disappointment.
