ZORO, Great Customer Service!

Having never purchased from Zoro before I needed an electric 1/2 ton hoist, so they had 20% off & carry Harrington made in Japan hoists. In stock delivered in two days, great, works great vfd drive soft start, all good. Well after a week of continuos hoisting it died, luckily the HF hoist for 320$ was able to take it's place so not to lose any time. Called ZORO customer service, very friendly US based reps, explained what happened & they issued a RA and shipped out the replacement same day, I was very surprised, happily of course. They didn't ask any questions, just said to call them back with the tracking # when shipped, it was that easy. Apparently they are a wholly owned subsidiary of Grainger but with better prices, well based on this passed experience I will be ordering from them again, always getting 20% coupons emailed time to use them. Now I'm curious how long the HF hoist will last, think I will run it till it dies or the job is done, but so far it's working good.

Zoro is awesome. They’ve been great with me as well. Only issue is the inventory level is not always accurate but it’s a minor issue.

I had drawer cabinet made by Durham damaged in shipment.
One phone call, they sent me a new one and told me to keep the damaged one, dispose of it, repair it, give it away, whatever I wanted to do.
