FYI you can find stuff on Grainger easier then finding on Zoro (which is same company) and I'm noticing Zoro has cheaper base prices, then you can stack the 25% off coupon on top of that. Might be a great way of getting air compressor new shipped to your house at a great price.... The green "Generic Brand" is really Speedaire with out a sticker on it (it might have a sticker on the one you recieve) but the part numbers are identical to the ones on the Grainger site.

I'm awfully tempted to pull the trigger on a Wilton 1755. I'm about tired of trying to track a Wilton down that isn't beat to **** at a decent price.

I was recently needing some belts for my 6x48 sander, on eBay Zoro had some of the best prices at around $9.50 per belt for 80 grit (some grits vary slightly in price of course). Anyway, something to think about if you're trying to hit $150 for the discount.

That was a great sale. But informing Zoro (through posting on a public site) that you're not going to do business with them again until they're running a sale where they make little to no profit (maybe even losing money on some transactions), why would they want you as a customer? If everybody posts about how they're waiting for that sale again and not buying anything until then, the sale was a bad business idea and most likely won't happen again.

Of course, that assumes that their markup was less than 40%. Maybe they made money on that sale, but I'm doubting it on a lot of those transactions.

ECON Abrasives has those for $3.75 a belt BTW

Actually I've placed several orders with them since then, just not for any big ticket items. And I seriously doubt online forums influence their marketing plans to any great extent.

Yep, I'll wait for the 40% sale as well... Nothing I really NEED, but could certainly justify getting a few things at 40%!

Thanks OP!

I used the code to order a IR W7150 Impact kit for $339, and IR has the free battery promotion going on again, so the deal is even sweeter.

Just noticed they sell the Milwaukee 18v Impact wrench, bare tool, for $189. So, $45 off that makes it a decent deal also. I bought a bare tool for $150 at amazon last year. It's rated at 450 ft-lbs and but I had to hammer a Mustang spindle nut torqued to 258 ft-lbs for about 5-10 seconds to get it loose. My IR 2135 took the other side off in about 2 seconds, if that, hence the 7150 purchase. The Milwaukee works great around the garage but I don't know if it's really 450 ft-lbs and out on the trails I don't want to wonder if it's going to work. A little extra power is always good.

Glad a few of you have found some good deals, I'm still trying to decide on something I need/want to save $$ on. Since I joined GJ a year or 2 ago I have been buying so many things that I can't think of any wants. At least not any that I have room for or can even remotely justify at this time.

I couldn't pass on that WIlton 1755,, $302 out the door, even prior to the 25% off, $402 for that vise is a decent price.
