I ordered a Milwaukee keyless chuck for a drill motor that had no chuck. When the chuck arrived (very quickly I might add) it did not include the left handed screw needed to secure the chuck. I looked for the part and it was hard to find but I did and went back to Zoro's site and keyed in the PN and low and behold, the LH screw was listed at 99 cents. I called Zoro and explained that I thought they should either include that screw or have a link to it so if you don't have one you won't get caught short like me.

They waived the shipping and got the screw out the next day. That's some good service that I wanted to comment on and pass along. And the overall price of the chuck was very competitive.

I have had good luck from Zoro too, there shipping is impressive, I just wish there site was easier to navigate. They definitely seem to have the best prices on industrial gear at the moment.

I have also noticed that items I order from vendors other than Zoro on Amazon are actually coming from Zoro.

I’ve also had good experiences with Zoro. The only thing I wish they would do is allow the purchase of single sets of the Williams sockets, instead of making the minimum order qty a dozen.

Zoro is a super great company to deal with. MSC is ok but doesn’t care as much about smaller companies and consumers in my opinion.

Milwaukee probably assumes you are replacing an existing chuck so you would have the screw. In today’s business world nobody wants to spend an extra ten cents including a screw if they don’t have to.
