OT, but been ordering for Zoro ALOT lately. They must have ARMY of workers in fulfillment as they fulfill/ship FAST.

Too bad they don't have some sort of ~prime~ program. I would def. enroll!

Now if they could fix their website search feature...

If they fixed the search feature everyone would use them, then my packages would take longer to get to me.

Indeed . I'm not sure if the -filters - also capture everything . Sometime I find myself scrolling through 4 pages 3 times to make sure I want this fastener vs. x fastener . It's great to have a variety --- just in fasteners, it can be a bear to pick

I've actually placed two orders recently. Those two orders comprised of at least 6 packages. I'm not complaining as everything was timely, but they seem to use Sears logistics. Even Amazon makes an honest effort to combine packages if at all possible.

Also if they fixed their website they could really hurt McMaster. They overlap in most areas; in fact if it were more reasonable to search things like raw materials we might all be surprised at how much is available to us through Zoro.

edit: yes, I understand Grainger's site can be used. As a business operating a separate website, that's hardly the point, is it? If you worked in IT and told your boss, "It's ok our website is mediocre on a good day, customers can just find part numbers on our sister website," how long would you expect to have a job?

The saddest thing is that Zoro's search has gotten better over the past 3 years, but it's still cumbersome at best.

Love Zoro, at work we use Grainger's website to search ,as it is a little better,then click over to Zoro and place the order.
We get our material in a couple days.
