OK, first I know they're just tools. Second, I can understand and don't mind a little grease or oil left on something from the production process. But I just got these from Snap On (ordered online) and they don't look new to me, maybe like a return? I'm not a pro mechanic so I don't use my stuff hard every day, but I have tools I've used for over 20 years that look better than these because I take care of my stuff, especially if it's expensive stuff. Also the grease will probably clean off, but not the little knicks in the plastic. Is this what Snap On is shipping these days, or did they send me a return when I paid for a new one? Thought I'd ask before contacting them. Thanks.
