Transmission Jack help with identification - to repair

I need help identifying a transmission jack I bought a few months ago, it seems like a pretty heavy duty and unique in its build configuration but I cannot see having been searching for sometime any jacks used or currently for sale that are like it to get a drawing or seal kit for it.

Its leaking out of the foot pressure release valve, so I am trying to source some seals for it.

I have tried to use o'rings in the foot release valve but the recess in the piston takes 1 1/2 times the diameter of an oring of this size diameter to fill the recess and with one o'ring it leaks and you cannot get 2 o'ring in the groove without damaging them.

Unfortunately, when I had the valve out I did not measure its dimensions so I'm going to remove it again shortly for measurement.

It does not have any manufacturer markings

Any advise as to how to repair it I would be grateful for or

Is there a company that you can measure the dimensions/recess and source the seals from.

That could be made by Sunnex. Looks to be in nice condition and worth repairing. I would call Hydraulic Parts Supply at 620-594-2247, small shop, they do not have a website but have mailed me several kits. If you measure the seals, Steve will be able to help you.

Post some pics of the rebuild,

Thanks for the response - I had a feeling it might be a Sunex looking at the newer models, scouring their web site https://sunexchange.sunextools.com/(S(3pyvnkwihh5rco5m5dhadvo2))/Manual.aspx I think I have matched it to Sunex 7797 1000 LB Capacity Telescopic Transmission Jack https://mytoolservice.com/man/7797.pdf from around 08 2005 according to the PDF posted, but the PF is so bad its about a 90% match...

The pneumatic version (air) which may be the same design is clearer 7799AH 1/2 TON CAPACITY AIR/HYDRAULIC TRANSMISSION JACK https://mytoolservice.com/man/7799AH.pdf it lists a seal kit for the foot release "779760 Release Valve Assembly" but I cannot find a match for this to buy the parts and I cannot get into the mytoolservice.com web site, is this an orderable part?

i would call the hydraulic number on Monday during business hours. I live on the other end of the country, they sell parts and ship. It’s just old school, you call and talk to them. if you have the seal measurements they will match them, think a lot of this stuff is common sizes if you do this for a decade or more you know what works. your jack is likely imported based on the bolt together design.

I don't know if you could help with your experience, but i am having a problem understanding how the "foot release value assembly" works - in terms of what seals and how the oil is released from pressure to lower the piston, is there any chance you could give me an explanation? I maybe that I don't understand how the oil ways are drilled in the block...
