I obviously am. I just don't tolerate dumb people which seem to be an ever higher percentage of the population. I don't remember there being this many dumb people around when I was growing up. We are heading toward Idiotocracy. Which is a great movie I can highly recommend. This movie was meant to be a joke but instead it's all coming true.

I was told that milwaukee batteries either imprint a date or start time when first charged. That way they dont need a receipt. So at the service center they can tell when its first charge was and go from there.

The older lady probably just worked for Milwaukee way longer, because it was a job she could do, despite probably crapy pay.
The younger guy was probably a newer hire, who didn’t know where to look for certain information, because customer service reps are rarely properly trained nowadays, and most reps leave quickly, because jobs like that pay sh!t.
