That machine sounds great!
I'd like to see somebody fold that planer! You got to know when to hold them and know when to fold them...![]()

Sorry to hear about the problems you found.
But look at your return on rebuilding it -- won't it be worth $5,000 when you're finished? ;-)

I’ll take a punt on that.

Good to hear engine swap held up for the travel.
Is there a story with the dogs?

Looks like a great temporary turns semi-permanent solution! I'm debating on something similar for our deck area as I really want to at least partially cover it but don't want to do a full structure. Order the sunshades online I assume?
Looks good! I've been thinking of adding one to our deck but I can't decide how/where I want to attach it to the house. Was thinking of using pipes like you did for the railing side and making them easily removable.
I may* have a problem.
Someone should buy this before I do and my wife makes me move into the garage.
I've been watching this one for a few months. He started at 2k, and has been lowering every couple weeks.

It looks like that Power Company planer is still listed for $800 -- I drove right past its location last week. It was all I could do to keep myself from stopping to see it. (no room in my shop either...)
Did you see this listing? (also right down the road from me)

His listing prices are definitely shocking!
I'll bet his prices plummet once he gets an offer on the house. (if he gets an offer...)
space looks great. maybe i missed it previoulsy but why the two different railing types?
