Replaced the clutch slave cylinder on the caravelle this afternoon.
I've been spraying it with penetration spray for a few days so prayed it would come undone without bending or twisting the plastic pipe.

Access to one of the bolts isn't very good as the coolant hose from the thermostat is right in the way.

Sacrificed an old spanner to make life easier.

Worked out well.

Unwound the slave off the pipe making sure not to twist it.

Old slave cylinder was a bit worse for wear.

Pre filled the new slave cylinder and wound it back onto the pipe before putting the mounting bolts back in.

Bit of grease in the cup on the end of the plunger and pushed it onto the clutch arm.

Tightened the bolts back up using my new favourite tool and bled the air out of the system.

Job's a good 'un.
