It looks like a Snap On.See post above.
Please, pretty please, with a cherry on top, post brand of tool with model number so we can figure out where to buy it and what to order.
figure out where to buy it and what to order.

I agree that there isn't much value especially in a bit ratchet where high torque is not required. I would think that something with a high tooth count but also VERY low back drag would be ideal. Buying from a dealer might save $20 or so, which still, doesn't matter much.^ That's enough to buy TEN of those little Titan mini-bit ratchets!![]()
Yeah but for the price of 10 titan mini ratchets you could buy 170 gas station keychain bit drivers on the counter inbetween the bubble gum and sunglasses^ That's enough to buy TEN of those little Titan mini-bit ratchets!![]()
^ One of the more salient points regarding these tools. How much torque can be applied to those fasteners?where high torque is not required

Thank you!I saw them on the rack with the Icon sockets. That's a nice kit. I have everything in that kit but was still tempted a few weeks ago when it was on sale.
I didn't see any bubble gum at O'Reilly's yesterday, but they do have a nice assortment of "Hot Wheels" cars and "Polly Pocket" dolls.Yeah but for the price of 10 titan mini ratchets you could buy 170 gas station keychain bit drivers on the counter inbetween the bubble gum and sunglasses

I got so tickled at him trying to figure this out:

What's the trick on those?I got so tickled at him trying to figure this out:

I pulled the guts when I did mine because I wanted to see what was inside and lube it. They will come out whole so I assume if you got the angle just right its possible they could go back that way eventually, but its easy to tear it down and the ring just slips in.What's the trick on those?
I have one of those - great for tight work spots!

I think that tiny bit ratchet is actually made by High Five tools in Taiwan.Signet 22090:
1/4" drive built into the handle for a possible spinner by adding a though extension on the head.
For scale:
Next to Koken Z series 1/4 flex (2726Z):
Icon meme tool for scale:
Definitely the smallest bit ratchet I've ever owned. Not much posted here on Signet, but I gather they are a Taiwanese Tool company that specialize in some unique tools. Not sure if there are buying to resell from InFar or Kabo, or if they actually produce in-house, but I love the little kits they make.
They were on sale before Christmas and that's probably why your store was out of stock. Icon is releasing an updated set this year that includes sockets and a different ratchet.^ It's $40 bucks for the ICON set. Computer says my local HF finally has two in stock. Last three times I was in there they were out of stock on that item.

I totally don’t need that but I want it so much.Wera released a smaller Tool Check with/for their “Advent calendar” late in ‘24. While I do live in a world with an abundance of bit ratchets, including the original Wera (shown here for size reference) I couldn’t resist the set and opened a door each day through December. The novelty is a bit ratchet head with 1/4” hex shaft. So you can even make it a “long” handle ratchet - for a set & ”on the go” not too bad, I guess.
Kind regards,
Olli
