Likely migrating to in house brands to keep the profit...in house.![]()
Yeah, changing brands every few years is the norm for the big box stores and mega chains. Probably see more Milwaukee and Husky in HD, maybe more Craftsman and Milwaukee in Ace...

Interesting. The one I got was a Hampton Bay. Was the only one around here on clearance. Only one other store is supposed to have them, and they’re still full price.Stopped by this morning, my local one in Omaha NE metro has them marked down on clearance but not as cheap as listed above. Online it's showing full price but these are the in store tags on them. Appears they're switching vendors as they have a similar product from Hampton Bay sitting next to these at the original full price.
At these prices I didn't leave with any....may try again in a couple days and see if they're willing to come down on them to get rid of them
Those price tags are from 4/18/2024. I'd have the price checked.Stopped by this morning, my local one in Omaha NE metro has them marked down on clearance but not as cheap as listed above. Ending in 00, they’re probably still as marked, even after so long. Worth a shot though, especially if online shows full price and out of stock. Might even be a penny. Those price tags are from 4/18/2024. I'd have the price checked.

my local HD in Omaha, NE metro had these in clearance this morning:
Includes (2) 8AH batt's and a dual battery charger

Is there a limit on this battery deal?
Mike
Not seeing a buy more save more 400 off 1000 anywhere
The packout deal is continuing until 3/11/2025. I didn’t see any packout in the $1000 BMSM event. Is the Packout BMSM deal over?
Does the new $1,000 BMSM deal include Packout? Or, is it a limited subset of Milwaukee offerings?
Mike
My local HD (closest one) completely removed the clearance endcap. One the employees said that it was a corporate initiative, but who knows?

<SNIP>Most stores went from 2 down to 1 I feel. If they have vendors willing to pay for space, they will go with what makes more money. Also depends on store size. Just about all product placement in store is decided by corporate, especially each bay. About all the store gets to decide, is the placement of "racetrack" type promos that are short lived, or setting up a temporary clearance table up front. But
And, in my experience, not very good deals, at least here in Tucson. The stores around me usually have two Clearance endcaps. They are often pretty empty, at least of anything you'd actually want to buy.

Not very good deals in Alton, IL......they never have any tools whereas the Lowes across the street always has hand and/or power tools on clearanceAnd, in my experience, not very good deals, at least here in Tucson.
