Likely migrating to in house brands to keep the profit...in house. ;)

Yeah, changing brands every few years is the norm for the big box stores and mega chains. Probably see more Milwaukee and Husky in HD, maybe more Craftsman and Milwaukee in Ace...

Hum....my local stores claims 3 in stock....if it wasn't going to be -25 tomorrow morning I might have been more prone to make a foolish trek the 2.5 miles to buy something I definitely didn't need....

On the other hand...it's a long time till morning...lots of time to change my mind :)

Stopped by this morning, my local one in Omaha NE metro has them marked down on clearance but not as cheap as listed above. Online it's showing full price but these are the in store tags on them. Appears they're switching vendors as they have a similar product from Hampton Bay sitting next to these at the original full price.

At these prices I didn't leave with any....may try again in a couple days and see if they're willing to come down on them to get rid of them

Interesting. The one I got was a Hampton Bay. Was the only one around here on clearance. Only one other store is supposed to have them, and they’re still full price.

Those price tags are from 4/18/2024. I'd have the price checked.

It worked for me this morning. Bought the 2 pack that rang up for 79 which is the advertised price.

The 5ah stickers at 99 and a BOGO discount of the same price rings up when scanned making it free

So 3 batteries, 11 total ah for 79 plus tax...nice deal! Thanks for sharing!

Is there a limit on this battery deal?

Thanks. I was able to grab 2 sets tonight, rang up correctly at the self-checkout!

They had over 100 of the 3.0 twin-packs left, probably because they were all in the rafters! The employee couldn't figure it out, but as soon as I spotted them, he was happy to grab the ladder and assist me. I'm not crying conspiracy, I think he was pretty new.

Is the Packout BMSM deal over?

Does the new $1,000 BMSM deal include Packout? Or, is it a limited subset of Milwaukee offerings?

My local HD (closest one) completely removed the clearance endcap. One the employees said that it was a corporate initiative, but who knows?

Most stores went from 2 down to 1 I feel. If they have vendors willing to pay for space, they will go with what makes more money. Also depends on store size. Just about all product placement in store is decided by corporate, especially each bay. About all the store gets to decide, is the placement of "racetrack" type promos that are short lived, or setting up a temporary clearance table up front.

Both $10.04 in-store

Interesting points, closest HD to me is a "small" store that had only 1 clearance endcap, so maybe they went from 1 to none.

Other HDs are only a few miles further from my house so I will have to check them out.

Interesting. This is a store that I only go into every month or so. but I did notice that there was only one clearance endcap.

And, in my experience, not very good deals, at least here in Tucson.
Not very good deals in Alton, IL......they never have any tools whereas the Lowes across the street always has hand and/or power tools on clearance

Visited one of my two local HD today. For a change, they actually had some tools in the clearer e sections.

Some Husky branded plumbing tools,

Some Milwaukee M18 blowers and trimmers tools only. Cross posted in the HD deals thread.

Lawn furniture.

Must be doing their house cleaning and moving leftover/ discontinued stock.

Bellingham, MA Monday night...

Milwaukee M18 trimmer kit, same price as noted above.

They had some generic snowblower repair items with Clearance pricing right in front of the snowblowers. I picked up the pull starter kit for $3.33 (was ~$12). Sorry for the crappy pic...

20250210_203002.jpg

In the Clearance section, they had leftover Milwaukee stocking stuffers. I don't recall the holiday pricing, and these are only a few dollars off, are they good deals?
