$0.26 each for a made-in-USA 17/64" drill bit. Based on my past experience, when Amazon shows the price as they do here, 90% of the time it is for a pack of 12 drills, even though that is not explicitly mentioned in the product description. I rolled the dice and put in my order.

I received 12 of these in my first shipment and only 1 when I re-ordered. 🤔

My welder came today, its tiny! Figure for the price and being so small, its easy to find a spot for it. Now to buy some rods and learn how to stick weld. already have a mig but for something quick, this might do the trick. Thanks to whoever posted it!

These wheels are all still on sale. I tried them on my harbor freight surface conditioner and they are like 0.10 too large. They will go on but it's tight. I am going to clearance the large center hole and slot the bolt holes on the shield so I can move it a little, there's not much room to move but it looks like probably enough.

I find aluminum coke cans makes great shim material. Could probably use aluminum foil tape too

There is nothing to shim there. The guard needs to be moved away from the spindle radially to create space for a larger diameter wheel.
oh....I must not have understood what you meant with "clearancing the larger center hole". You could run it until it wears into place too? Maybe remove the guard to do so first if you don't want to use the guard to do the job.

Today has an inexpensive price on the older Dewalt brushed impact
I don't follow DeWalt line but this kit with 2 batts, drill and charger for $55 more, seems pretty good.
Caught my eye yesterday but I usually don't post power tools. There are too many variations of every brand to keep up with.

Also a good deal on that kit, but the tenny tiny batteries in it are IMHO rather worthless. The bag that accompanies the set may be the nicest bit in that package, I use mine constantly.

Master mechanic (true value hardware brand) drill, impact driver, 2 batteries and a charger for $41.99 on Amazon ( also available on ebay, same seller). True Value was bought out by Do It...so I guess that this is liquidation merchandise. I bought this and one for my son in law off of ebay, same seller (Spreetail). Youtuber 'Just Wrench It' posted a video 'Are they the same drill'. He took them both apart and concluded that this is identical to the Bauer drill. He also says that the Bauer battery fits this drill with a very minor fix, I can't confirm this, but it would be great if the Bauer battery fits. I haven't put the drill or impact driver to the test yet, but they seem nicely made. They arrived from Spreetail via Ebay quickly and unopened. original packaging.

fwiw, you can grab a mig w/a stinger for not much more (not dual voltage tho, that's $80 territory):
I went down the Amazon stick welder rabbit hole a bit the other night. There are MANY Chinese DC units similar to the posted cheapy available in the $50-60+ range. I think one is definitely worth it if you can use one on a budget. I have a MIG and decided to hold out for a stick with tig capabilities at the moment.

Yes, I've gone down that rabbit hole myself. I've actually got a few including one of the 120v flux core. They're hard to beat if you gotta do something quick outside. The "hone" brand has some well reviewed options. I think for the money it's hard to beat the HarbFreight units which are CSA cert. and likely have power factor correction so they won't draw more amperage than they should for home circuits.

The newer MIGs from China have pulse mig and some "cold spot weld" that as far as I can tell, the latter is mostly useful for Lithium battery tabs and cosmetic work in thin material.

There's a few cheap options that seem to be well received for AC/DC tig, including that hitbox brand posted. I've looked at a JASIC branded one that gets rebadged stateside by CK worldwide.

This guy does good reviews on cheapo welders:

I gave it a another shot, I have ordered these in the past and they came in a set of 6. That seller doesnt have any feedback indicating someone got only 1 that I see.
