At my business location I had this vintage 2 bay former gas station. It already needed a lot of work, concrete was in poor condition, electrical service also in poor condition, etc. This winter we had an extremely rough winter and it almost collapsed. Lots of damage to the structure. I got an estimate of approximately 10 K to fix just the damage, and not the rest of the problems. So instead, I put in a new pole barn, 40 x 64 x 16. My guys are still working in the old garage every day, doing the best they can. As soon as the concrete and doors are in, we will cut the back wall out of the old garage, move all of our equipment and 4 post lift into the new one, and then take this one down. Radiant in floor heat, rockwool insulation, and eventually a mezzanine.
