Does anyone have a line on Canadian made pneumatic fittings, quick couplings, etc? Grabbed a hose reel from Princess Auto tonight but I need a few 3/8" fittings to get it hooked up.

By ways of GJ I bought a massive Gray Canada 12pt metric combo wrench set off a member here. Love it.
And in one of the “deals” thread I bought a Gray Canada 1/2” low tooth count ratchet. It’s my go to “leverage” ratchet.
These are my only Gray Canada tools. I love both. Just like my Aunt Ethel, neither are pretty and they’re chunky but they are beasts and get the job done.

You sure on Walter grinder wheels? I thought they were German.
I used to be half Canadian till my Mom got converted to American about 15 years ago.
Was a PITA when I went through a SSBI for security clearance while in the .mil.

I make one or two pilgrimages a year to the Lee Valley store in Winnipeg.
Other than curling brooms Canada does not make much else of significance.
And Canadian food does not count for much either. Just put gravy and/or vinegar on it and you are good to go.

Lee Valley for sure. One of my favorite stores that I, in the USA, have never visited in person. Their booth is packed at every wood show I have attended.
Maple syrup. I like cheese. I keep hearing about all their dairy products but I think if I really want to try them I need to hop into Canada.

After browsing the Canadian Tire website admiring their Mastercraft and Maximum tool offerings, I can’t help to be jealous of our friends to the north.
Their tool sets appear to be comprehensive and well thought out compared to the ******** sets offered in the states. Damn near every brick and mortar tool store here offers sets with goofy brand names, lobster claw wrenches, skipped sizes and tons of bits and hex keys to drive the count up.
It’s almost as if Canadian’s demand practically while American’s… well, don’t.
If this isn’t a motivator to obtain a passport, I don’t know what is.

Canadian Tire has the commonly used sizes for decent prices. What we lack is availability of Taiwan grade tools. We really only got Napa, certain Westward and Gray/Dynamic Tools easily accessible. Nothing compared to what Harbor Freight carries.
Jtels85 -- Cincy's just four hours' drive away from Windsor, Ontario. Of course that doesn't count the time spent at the border(s) going and returning. But the store's just off the street (Huron Church Road) that you end up on after clearing the Canadian border. The store's in the RioCan University Mall on the corner of Huron Church and Tecumseh Road West. After you land on Huron Church, proceed and work your way to the left lane amid a million trailer trucks. Keep watching the left side of the road for a Canadian Tire sign. When you see that get ready to turn left at the light ahead — that's Tecumseh. After the turn the store will be visible.

I was looking for a wood working YouTube and found this guy.
Good stuff! My mother used to knit those sweaters for all the family. I didn't wear mine much, because those forty below winds would blow right through it. Today, if I still had it, I'd wear a simple light wind breaker under it to solve that problem. Those were the days when I still lived in Edmonton, I left in'64.
