Booo! Just got a call from Toby's. The gal said it was a price listing mistake and was really sorry but there was no way she could fulfill the order for $3.95. I didnt argue with her just laughed and said ok. I feel bad for her to have to call all these GJ guys to let them know they aren't getting their $3.95 Hitachi's.:eek:

They must have crapped when they came in this morning and saw all these orders! Thought business was doing great till they found out they made a mistake! Wonder if they are required to honer the mistake price?

I was at my local Home Depot (in North Texas) and they were putting out the holiday displays for their Husky tools. You can find many of the "online only" tools in store for their online price. I posted some links below to some examples of what they had in store.

I'm sure many of the other locations are doing the same.

Warning: They've also got some really cheap (like < $2.00 1/4" ratchets) for sale too but they're not Husky (IE no lifetime warranty) but they're in the black/red Husky colors.

I stopped by the True Value closest to me. They do not stock Gearwrench and will not have these sets on Black Friday.

Dewalt 14.4 volt 1/4 impact at sears hardware. Just picked one up at the sears in trexlertown pa for 51.97 plus tax. After a 2 year extended warranty and tax it was 63.36 out the door. These sell for around 200. They have 2 more at this store, not going to be greedy trying to resell them. Might be worth checking your local sears.

Comes with case, 2 batteries and charger.


DC835KA is the model number. This is an in store deal only, and that's if your store is clearancing them like mine is. Cheapest price on google is $169+ shipping.

I bought a set of stanley metric and standard fully polished open end wrenches about 5 years ago at my local menards for something like 10 bucks a set and they are some nice wrenches. The fit and feel is pretty good for 10 bucks a set. I'm pretty sure the ones I bought came from a boat but they still are nice wrenches.

Anyone know if those Stanelys are longer than Craftsman pro wrenches They seem like they would be but I didnt see any specs with lengths.
