crazy to think that you've been able to elevate your business to the level that requires/justifies a dedicated building. I mess around with my printer and design some fun stuff here and there, but never stuff I feel would sustain a whole building payment. hahaha

amazing this endeavour is supporting this build! Love it!

sidebar......how did you advertise when starting out? getting over that initial hump and getting above the noise can be tricky.

more shocking is the building is over 1/4 paid off already.

creators in the 15-50k subs are very receptive compared to those in the 500k+ category.

most people i know who run minis for cold weather cooling do indoor drains for that reason.

The other option if you have year round cooling demand is to throw up a cheap standard split + air handler and run an economizer under 60F. may also help with IAQ issues (aka plastic fumes).

we really want it running in dry mode. its all good now. the rest of the units will be in heat only all winter.

also looking to add 100' off the back now...

so figuring 85w each when running. 22k btu heat.

gona put an 8" vent fan in to pull heat into the main space.

if you want something possibly more friendly to traditional automation, hvacquick has similar ECM inline fans with 0-10v speed control. prices seem reasonable.
