Not sure I follow what you mean here. You definitely can start with conduit and transition to romex, though.Do I do conduit to cheat some distances on stuff? then i need THHN to the first box before changing over to romex for and strings. I've got one center in floor box I want.

How many circuits are you going to need for the print farm? I'm wondering if a local subpanel makes sense vs running them all back
If you can support the conduit, go direct for sure. Wire is expensive
a lot of those minisplits have a "dry" mode that works pretty well if you've got any heat load at all.
i'd be curious to know what kind of dehumidifier that is, my experience is it's hard to hit 30% rh with a phase change unit, unless you let the air temp climb up. I suppose that's climate dependent, too.AC heat pumps ordered pre price hike. 9k in the bathroom/lobby. 24k in print room. 36k in main area to take the humidity down a bit/ heat in winter.
we also have a greenhouse style dehumidifier coming for the print room to keep humidity under 30% in there ideally.

I hope you mean 14/3Laying out wiring.
Each 2 gang box will get 2 - 4/3 romex pulled to it.
then each outlet will get the tab broken. putting each plug on its own circuit.
4 - 15a circuits in a 2 gang box. allowing for 20 machines on 4 banks of 5.
16 romex runs.
32 circuits
Central bank will have 20 machines per unit. the wall half size ones will have 10 machines per unit.

So are you powering 20 machines off of one of the boxes? 4 circuits per box, 5 machines per circuit?
Are you putting a sub panel in the printer room? or home running all of these circuits back to the main panel?

WOW!
What kind of UPS will you be using for the printer circuits? I need to buy a new one for my desktop.
You doing automated generator as well? I can't imagine those will keep the printers running for very long in an outage, right?

i really enjoyed the struggle on a big chunk for a while to break it up. then he just carts it off to the back of the property. That operator did a great job!
Feels like a good balance. Closed cell, correct?
Spraying right on the metal or adding house wrap?
Wow, crazy that Minnesota crop is that far behind Iowa. It started tassling here at the end of last week. Rain and heat have been working overtime on it.
What's the ETA on the building shell completion?
