These are lighter duty (and shorter) 2" straps that are much easier to use than the 27' long 3,333# capacity 2" straps that you typically see. If you don't need the capacity of the others, I really like these.

Would you say the webbing is thick, regular, or thin? I have bought some before and the webbing seemed way too thin. The orange 1" ones at harbor freight are just too thin for me to feel comfortable about with anything.

I don't have this exact brand, but I do have other 1650lb 2" straps. They are much more robust than the little 400# rated 1" straps. They are about 3x as thick as the little HF straps, and obviously twice as wide.
I've used these on lawnmowers, ATV's, motorcycles, SXS's, skid steer attachments, engines, etc....but I would not use them on a car like you could the larger 3,300# rated 2" straps.

I just placed an order for some, but they won't ship for 1-2 months:

With the coupon and discount, they are about $50 bucks each.

I’ve heard good things about the DeWalt ones, but I don’t know about these. Reviews look decent tho.

Thank you, but every time someone posts a deal for these, my price is never the deal price. These were initially $80 after the coupon for me, and then I refreshed the page a minute later and they are now $96 after the coupon.

Damn, you’re right. Those sons of ***** raised the price in the last 30 minutes.

I tried one of those Irwins. It was okay. Well, better than okay, pretty good.

But the Dewalt is the only one I have that I'll grab before the original (and pricey) Viking Arm.
They really nailed it, especially with the inverted squeeze so you can foot operate it.

Don't bother with the no-name knock-offs though, they're really bad.

Have you used them? I'm usually a one man band and I could see where they would be handy..
"IF" you work alone it’s DeWalt for the win!……. You can jack them with your foot PLUS they have an extension coming out in April.

BTW! A friend of mine purchased the Irwin’s and returned them and purchased the DeWalts after he saw mine in action.……… You won’t use these on a daily basis but when you need a "helping hand lift" you will be happy you have them.

$40->$20 with coupon code 6BSBQAN5 (the $8 coupon won’t work with this code)

Been eying one of these and got the coupon to work so thanks

Mine arrived this morning thanks to free overnight shipping. I charged it up and started breaking down the excess of Amazon boxes. It lasted all of 10 minutes before it started sounding like it had a rock in the gear box then stopped completely. My guess is it uses cheap plastic gears and they gave up. So I'm sending it back. I can't recommend this to anyone else.
